4th of July

This year we had planned on going to Great Meadows which is like going to a huge festival however last minute we decided not to go as we didnt want to have to be there for hours and did not want to deal with the crowds. So we opted for staying on Depot Drive and letting our 2 neighbors set off their stash of fireworks.

We had a blast sitting in our driveway watching the display and even seeing the big ones off in the distance. Ben had fun but got tired real quick. We started the show at 8:30 and ended at 11:00. Way past someones bedtime. He would curl up in my lap and watch while laying his head on my shoulder. He was exhausted. This year was the first year he got to do sparklers. He enjoyed that. Over all our 4th of July was great.
